I’m Igor, from Novi Sad, and I love software products. As a division Head of Product in HTEC Group, I am responsible for the career development of product managers and designers, and for instilling the product culture across development teams.
The software has a lot of moving parts. Often we forget what matters – our users. And with all the stakeholders we have to satisfy, the result is often anything but impressive. With experience in engineering and product (and some dabbling in the dark art of architecture) I’ve realized that the best approach to most challenges is not so clear-cut. The dogmatic approach you hear can often do more harm than help. Through the blog, I’ll share some of my experiences. So hopefully, you will learn how to approach said challenges.
